Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia also dismissed claims that there was a mathematical formula being used to alter the results explaining that the formula had no application on the election results whatsoever. "There was no Mathematical predetermination of results and it is not possible," Ngatia stated.
He further noted that from all the discrepancies, the petitioner would only receive an additional 822 votes which would not affect the final tally.
"The third respondent (Kenyatta) has nothing to gain from the 822 votes deducted from the petitioner (Raila)," he explained. President Kenyatta's lawyers have been allocated three hours to argue for the dismissal of Mr Odinga's case.
