3. Paul Kahindi Katana



Former newspaper reporter Paul Katana is set to become the next MP for Kaloleni constituency.

Katana who was vying an ODM ticket clinched the seat with a landslide.

The MP-elect garnered 16,836 votes against his closest competitor Jubilee Party’s Kitsao Kahindi Ngowa who got 6,536 votes.

4. Enoch Kiio Wambua




Former Standard Newspaper Editor Enoch Wambua is set to become the next Kitui County Senator.

Wambua, who was vying on a Wiper Party ticket, clinched the post in a landslide victory.

He secured 248,928 votes against his closest competitor Maendeleo Chap Chap’s Stephen Mutua Kilonzo who got 30,641 votes.

5. Josephine Naisula Lesuuda



Former Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) News presenter Josephine Naisula Lesuuda is set to become the next Samburu West MP.
