“Aspirants and Jubilee party members are requested to take note of the schedule of primaries,” he added.
The party has staggered nominations over two days after an increase in the number of counties it intends to hold primaries in.
They had intended to hold primaries in one day, but has opted to carry out nominations next Monday and Friday.
Tuju said the number of counties has increased from 33 to 45.
“The NEB arrived at this decision to reduce pressure on all officials and voters. We are committed to ensuring that every place where there is competition, all voices are heard,” he told the press on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Jubilee ordered its aspirants to stop campaigns by the next day.
“All campaign rallies should stop on April 19, and all agents should be accredited by April 20,” the party said.
Tuju said all aspirants are entitled to one agent per polling station.
He said polling stations will open at 6am on April 24, and close at 5pm, adding that no candidate branded merchandise will be allowed at the polling stations during the exercise
